living with mental ill-ability – a speaker event
Three young adults, formerly Lowdown Speakers, will share their stories about living with mental illness or mental ill-ability. As part of the Mental Health Network anti-stigma campaign this event is an opportunity for the UBC community to learn about living with major depression disorder, bipolar type 1 and bipolar type 2. There will also be an open mic for students, staff and faculty in the audience to share their stories and ideas about mental health.
