Awesome Event Alert! Sir Ken is in Vancouver on August 25th

Two years ago, a warrior of educational reform, and a tremendously inspirational figure, Sir Ken Robinson participated in the Terry Global Speaker Series. His visit launched the beginning of wonderfully exciting storytelling projects and discussions that took place during the rest of the year, and it was one of the loveliest learning experiences I’ve ever had. Sir Ken just brings that kind of energy to a city and a community.

And happily, on August 25th, Sir Ken Robinson will be in Vancouver once again speaking at an event titled Educating the Heart and Mind with the Dalai Lama Centre. Student tickets are $30 and from the description, it sounds like an amazing event. More details can be found here.
