The Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries has released an interesting video on food security.

I came across this video on GOOD magazine.  What is GOOD?

GOOD is a collaboration of individuals, businesses, and nonprofits pushing the world forward. Since 2006 we’ve been making a magazine, videos, and events for people who give a damn. This website is an ongoing exploration of what GOOD is and what it can be.

When you subscribe, you get to decide how much you pay, and 100% of the cost is donated to a charity of your choice.  I’m particularly smitten with their latest comparison of human and automobile energy consumption (here).
